Austin, Texas-based 443ID, a specialist in identity and access management open-source intelligence cybersecurity, has secured $8 million in seed funding. The company aims to expand its OSINT identity graph and develop OSINT Risk and SignalPrint, two key products. The funding round was co-led by Bill Wood Ventures and Silverton Partners.
443ID plans to use the funds to bolster its team with experts in various fields. It seeks professionals in identity and access management, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, adtech, and open-source intelligence (OSINT). The company is expanding its OSINT identity graph, a comprehensive database of online identities and their activities. This graph will power OSINT Risk, a tool that identifies potential threats and vulnerabilities, and SignalPrint, which detects and analyses online signals that may indicate malicious activity.
The company's CEO, who preferred to remain anonymous, expressed gratitude towards the investors. They stated that the funding will accelerate 443ID's growth and help it stay at the forefront of OSINT and cybersecurity.
443ID's $8 million seed funding will facilitate the hiring of experts in several fields and the development of its OSINT identity graph. The company's goal is to create robust tools for identifying risks and analysing online signals, ultimately enhancing cybersecurity measures.
