72 Companies Honoured for Prioritizing 'Belonging' in the Workplace

The Employer Branding Institute has honoured 72 companies for their commitment to 'belonging' in the workplace, fostering supportive environments for all employees. The '2025 Belonging Awards', held in Datong, China, recognised these firms for their dedication to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

Over 6 months, the awards received a total of 47,192 application materials from 694 companies across 50 countries and 97 industries. The comprehensive evaluation process considered 10 categories, 21 dimensions, and 112 indicators. The Employer Branding Institute, with over 2,000 members including over 300 Fortune Global 500 companies, organised the event to celebrate businesses prioritising DEI.

The awards ceremony, sponsored by Rémy Cointreau and partnered with Jaguar Land Rover China, saw the video 'Assume That I Can' produced by AG/PROD: Small for the brand CoorDown win in the 'Diversity, Equity and Inclusion' category.

The recognition of these 72 companies reflects a global commitment to advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, even amidst market challenges. The Employer Branding Institute continues to promote and honour companies that prioritise 'belonging' in their strategies, creating supportive workplaces for all.
