S4 Capital Steps Forward with Two Acquisitions and a Positive Outlook
In an exclusive interview with Adweek, Sir Martin Sorrell, the founder of S4 Capital, shared his optimistic view on the future of the global economy and the growth of his company.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, S4 Capital navigated through September 2020 with between 16% and 17% growth. This resilience is a testament to Sorrell's strategic approach and the company's adaptability.
Looking ahead, Sorrell is particularly optimistic about the U.S. market's prospects. This optimism is reflected in S4 Capital's business, which accounts for about 70% of the company's total.
In the start of 2021, S4 Capital has made two acquisitions. The first is Decoded Advertising, a creative agency based in New York, which will join S4 Capital's MediaMonks. Decoded Advertising's business is primarily focused on the U.S. market, with nearly 100% of its business in this region.
The second acquisition is Metric Theory, a performance marketing agency based in San Francisco, which will become part of S4 Capital's programmatic firm, MightyHive.
The details of these acquisitions are yet to be publicly announced. However, Sorrell expressed his excitement about these deals, which will further strengthen S4 Capital's presence in the U.S. market.
Sorrell's company, S4 Capital, has been making waves in the advertising industry since its inception. With these latest acquisitions, it is clear that the company is poised for continued growth and success.
As the global economy rebounds in 2021, S4 Capital is well-positioned to capitalise on the opportunities that lie ahead. With its focus on the U.S. market and its strategic acquisitions, S4 Capital is undoubtedly a company to watch in the coming years.
