Adecco's board has selected Alain Dehaze to assume the position of Chief Executive Officer.
New CEO Announced for Our Group
In a significant move, Alain Dehaze has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our group, effective September 1, 2015. Dehaze, who is currently the Regional Head of France and a member of the Executive Committee since 2009, will take over from Patrick De Maeseneire, who is leaving the company and will hand over his duties at the end of August, 2015.
Dehaze joined our group in 2009 and held the position of Regional Head of Northern Europe, comprising the Benelux and Nordic regions, until 2011. Prior to joining our group, he was CEO of Humares, an international Professional Staffing company based in the Netherlands. Dehaze is known for leading the business in France, our group's largest market, to a successful turnaround in a challenging environment.
Dominik de Daniel, the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is leaving the group at the end of July, 2015. Daniel introduced the Economic Value Added (EVA) approach, building the foundation for strong financial discipline, industry-leading profitability, and strong cash flow generation during his tenure. The Board of Directors will appoint the new Group CFO and Regional Head of France in the coming months.
The Q2 2015 results presentation will be available through webcasts and will be published on August 11, 2015. The Q3 and Q4 2015 results presentations will follow on November 5, 2015, and March 9, 2016, respectively.
