Sirius XM Real Estate Successfully Issues €105 Million in Unsecured Bonds
Sirius XM Real Estate Limited, a leading owner and operator of commercial and industrial parks in Germany and the United Kingdom, has successfully issued unsecured bonds with a volume of €105 million. This is the latest in a series of successful bond issuances for the company, with the law firm advising on all of its previous bond issues.
The bonds are governed by German law and are admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. They mature in 2028, providing the company with a long-term financing solution. HSBC Continental Europe acted as sole bookrunner for the bond issuance by Sirius XM Real Estate Limited.
HSBC Continental Europe, a financial institution based in Germany, specifically in Düsseldorf, also acted as the sole accountant for the transaction. This is not the first time the institution has worked with Sirius XM Real Estate, having also acted as the sole bookrunner for the company's bond issuance in 2021.
