Accolade and Conseq Acquire 20,000 sqm Warehouse Facility in Poland
Accolade, a European investment group with a focus on sustainable industrial infrastructure, and Conseq have jointly acquired the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I facility. This state-of-the-art warehouse, spanning over 20,000 sqm, has been fully leased to Aluprof, a leading Polish manufacturer of aluminium systems.
Located in Poland, the facility caters to Aluprof's core operational needs, including warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics. The building has been tailored specifically to meet Aluprof's functional and technological specifications, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and a modern work environment.
Aluprof, a subsidiary of Grupa Kęty S.A., operates in over 50 markets worldwide and is a major European supplier of aluminium systems for windows, doors, façades, roller shutters, and sunshades. With nearly 3,000 employees, the company has production facilities in Poland and abroad.
The legal advisory for this transaction was provided by the global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, which advised Accolade, while the developer 7R was advised by the Polish law firm SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska. The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz, with additional counsel and associates supporting the deal.
