Apparently, some impressive numbers are in the pipeline! Approximately 19,783 jobs are intended to be churned out, thanks to 57 investment projects worth a whopping 322 billion tenge slated for this year alone, resulting in 6,908 job opportunities.

The region is bustling with efforts to establish an inviting investment environment. To unlock the region's industrial prowess, a grand total of 14 industrial zones have been set up. Five more zones, spanning 744 hectares, have been erected this year, namely "Zhetysai", "Otyrar", "Arys", "Karamurt", and "Shardara-2".

These regions have a grand strategy, with 84 projects worth 129 billion tenge in the pipeline. This year, 17 of these projects will see the light of day. Furthermore, an industrial zone in Tolebiyskiy District is set to open, and two existing zones in Turkestan City and Ordabasy District will expand.

The "Small Industrial Park" project in Sauran District is also in the works. This ambitious endeavor aims to construct a massive 152 production facilities and draw £308 billion in investments, potentially creating 6,040 jobs. Already, 11 projects have been launched, and this year, 90% of construction work on 29 buildings will be wrapped up, with 26 projects set to debut.

Large tourism projects are also underway, with 27 investment projects worth 26.3 billion tenge on the horizon by 2025. Projects include establishing the "Artisans' Village" in Turkestan over 31.2 hectares and renovating the charming old "Kultobe" town near the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi.

A "hotel complex with a water park" will rise on 11.8 hectares in Turkestan City, while the regional budget will foot the bill for the construction of an "Ippodrome" adhering to international standards and a unique national "Rowing Canal". These projects are anticipated to generate 1,130 new jobs.

When peering beyond the horizon, the stage seems set for a significant stir in the region's job market and industrial and tourism sectors. However, global economic trends, such as the projected slowdown in the IMF's economic growth for regions like Asia and the Pacific, and the Western Hemisphere, may have an impact on the region's prospects. Moreover, regional development strategies, such as updates to the U.S. Economic Development Administration's guidance for Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy plans, could influence future projects. For details on specific job creation, industrial development, and tourism projects, one might need to consult more extensive regional development reports.
