Bridge Renovation Begins on L427 in Velbert, Detour in Place
The renovation of the bridge over the Deilbach on the L427 in Velbert is underway, with Straßen.NRW overseeing the project. Motorists are advised that the bridge remains closed between Kohlen Street and Grenzweg, with a detour in place via the L107 and Böckenbusch Street.
The Regional Branch Office of Straßen.NRW has initiated preparations for the replacement construction of the bridge. The reopening of the bridge depends on whether it can occur without causing traffic congestion near the railway crossing. In the meantime, a temporary traffic light system has been set up on the L427 between Am Sonnenhang and house number 234 to manage traffic for trucks accessing nearby industrial areas from the south.
The renovation of the bridge over the Deilbach continues, with the reopening hinging on avoiding traffic jams near the railway crossing. Motorists are reminded to follow the detour via the L107 and Böckenbusch Street.
