Business Maintains Top-tier Customer Service award
Hill Group, a top home builder in England and Wales, has again been awarded the prestigious five-star housebuilder status by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for their exceptional focus on quality and customer service.
Amelia Selleck, Group Head of Customer Service at Hill Group, expressed her pride in the team and the company for securing this accolade for another year. She acknowledged that achieving the five-star rating in a challenging year was possible with the use of digital alternatives and additional support to minimize house buying stress.
The HBF, the principal representative body for private sector home builders, introduced the five-star rating system in 2005 as a leading indicator for success in the new homes industry. The survey results show that over 90% of Hill's customers would recommend the housebuilder, reflecting the high standards Hill Group upholds.
This year, 206 people completed the HBF's National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey to rate their new Hill home. The survey results indicate that the industry remains committed to maintaining the significant progress of recent years, with Hill Group at the forefront.
Stewart Baseley, executive chairman at the HBF, commended the industry for delivering excellent customer service, especially during the pandemic. He emphasized that achieving a 5-star rating requires commitment from everyone within the organization.
Hill Group's focus on quality and customer service has been recognized by the HBF for the fourth year in a row. This year, in addition to the five-star housebuilder status, Hill Group has won several other awards, including the Housebuilder of the Year Award, Best Development at the WhatHouse? 2020, Medium Housebuilder of The Year at the Housebuilder Awards 2020, and the Grand Prix award at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2020 for Fish Island Village in Hackney Wick.
The company's exceptional homes and outstanding customer service can be seen at various developments across Cambridgeshire, including Marleigh, Knight's Park, Ironworks, Timber Works, 125 Cambridge Road in Great Shelford, and Meridian Fields in Hardwick.
The HBF's National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey is one of the largest of its type and demonstrates the industry's commitment to delivering an excellent level of customer service. The survey results not only reflect Hill Group's success but also the industry's commitment to improving customer satisfaction levels over the years.
With this latest achievement, Hill Group has once again solidified its position among the elite in the UK's housebuilding world. The five-star status is highly respected in the construction industry and is a testament to Hill Group's dedication to quality, customer service, and continuous improvement.
