The landscaping of an embankment with a square dedicated to the discoverers of Aldan's gold in 1923 is also part of the project. Heating for the development will be provided by the "Alanga" enterprise's boiler house.

The design for the warm multi-level parking lot, a key feature of the project, will be developed by the "Snows" architectural team.
