Construction of 5 out of 17 long-term projects nears completion in Omsk

SuperOmsk compared lists of problematic housing projects for February 2024 and May 2025, according to data from the Russian Ministry of Construction. Over a year, the list decreased by five items. Initially, the list contained 17 delayed projects, with the current count being 12.
Some developers face competitive bidding, while others have missed construction deadlines. SuperOmsk has provided an updated list:
