Job Description
As a Private Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for advising private customers on financial products and services, such as accounts, loans, investments, and insurance. You will provide comprehensive, personalized consultation tailored to different life phases and financial needs. Your role will also involve customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management, as well as supporting customers in financial planning and achieving their financial goals.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have completed vocational training in banking (e.g., Bankkaufmann/-frau) or an equivalent qualification. Experience in customer advisory roles in retail banking is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills are essential, along with good knowledge of financial products, markets, and the regulatory environment. Proficiency in German (and possibly English) is required for communication. A customer-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams are also essential.
