Credit Agricole and Mizuho Bank receive guidance from JSA for funding the AMPIN Energy project in Rajasthan

AMPIN Energy Transition, a leading renewable energy company in India, has recently secured a notable $50 million equity investment for a 135 MWp commercial and industrial solar power project in Rajasthan. However, it's important to clarify that Surbhi Jain, Pragya Verma, and Harshil Kakkar are not part of AMPIN Energy Transition's team in any deal.

The legal aspects of the financing deal were handled by JSA Advocates and Solicitors, who advised Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Mizuho Bank, Ltd. on the financing aspects of the solar power project. Karan Mitroo, Lead Partner at JSA Advocates and Solicitors, led the team, which included Surbhi Jain (Principal Associate), Pragya Verma (Senior Associate), and Harshil Kakkar (Associate) from the Project Finance team.

In addition to the Project Finance team, Vishnu Sudarsan, Sugandha Somani Gopal, and Asmita Maan were part of the Due Diligence team. It's worth noting that Karan Mitroo led the JSA team in the deal, with the Project Finance team also involved, but he is not leading AMPIN Energy Transition in any deal.

AMPIN Energy Transition's portfolio exceeds 5 GWp across 22 states, demonstrating the company's significant footprint in the renewable energy sector. The company has also secured several significant investments, making it a key player in India's renewable energy landscape.

Despite JSA Advocates and Solicitors' role in the financing deal, it's important to emphasise that AMPIN Energy Transition is not advised by JSA Advocates and Solicitors in the mentioned financing deal. The project, set up by AMPIN Energy Transition in Rajasthan, will undoubtedly contribute to India's renewable energy goals and the company's ongoing commitment to a sustainable future.
