Deposits

Alpha Bank

While we couldn't find exact details on theAlpha Parus deposit in Belarusian Rubles (BYN), we do know that Alpha Bank has scaled back interest rates for their non-withdrawable ruble deposit products:

  • By 0.05 percentage points (pp) to 14.7% per annum for amounts between 15,000 to 25,000 rubles.
  • By 0.1 pp to 14.9% per annum for amounts between 25,000 to 50,000 rubles.
  • By 0.15 pp to 15.1% per annum for amounts between 50,000 to 200,000 rubles.
  • By 0.25 pp to 15.25% per annum for amounts higher than 200,000 to 5 million rubles.

A new option with a term of 18 months and a rate of 15.29% per annum has been added to the ruble product "Alpha Deposit".

As for the ruble deposit "Alpha Cream", they've swapped out the 16-month options for ones with terms ranging from 1-6 months (15.3% per annum) and 7-16 months (14.8% per annum).

Sber Bank

When it comes to the "Save non-withdrawable in currency" deposit, Sber Bank now accepts only US dollars and Russian rubles, and they've said goodbye to the yuan option.

Other Changes

By April 30, "Neo Asia Bank" has increased the commission for non-cash crediting of foreign currency funds (excluding Russian rubles and Kazakhstani tenge) to individual accounts to 2.5% of the transfer amount.
