Summer 2025 Sees Boom in Vehicle Transportation Demand

The vehicle transportation market is experiencing an active seasonal boom, with a significant increase in demand for both intra-city and international services. According to Avito Services, there was a notable rise in the popularity of vehicle transportation services during June and July 2025.

The Far Eastern Federal District led the way in this trend, with residents seeking specialists for international car transport 6% more frequently during the summer months. The Khabarovsk Krai showed the highest increase in demand for vehicle transportation services, with a staggering 79% rise compared to April-May of the same year. The Amur Oblast followed closely behind with a 21% increase, while the Primorsky Krai saw a 19% boost.

Intra-city transportation demand also led in the region, although the specific region with the highest increase was not specified in the available data. The Khabarovsk Krai also experienced a 46% increase in demand for auto-transporter services.

The Zabaykalsky Krai saw a 39% increase in demand for auto-transporter services, while Sakha (Yakutia) saw a remarkable growth of 5.5 times more offers for auto-transporter services. The number of available offers for vehicle transportation more than doubled during this period.

The warm weather and longer daylight hours during the summer make long-distance driving safer, as there are no road treatments or ice. This could be a contributing factor to the increased demand for long-distance transportation services.

Car dealerships are also contributing to the boom, stocking up for the fall market, which further boosts demand for transport services. In the Primorsky Krai, demand for international vehicle transport increased by 8% in the summer of 2025.

In Yakutia, demand for auto-transporter services increased by 47%. Transporters in the region were actively seeking clients, indicating a high level of activity in the auto-transporter niche.

Overall, the summer of 2025 has seen a surge in demand for vehicle transportation services across various regions in Russia, leading to an active seasonal boom in the market.
