Sparkasse Mainfranken Würzburg, one of the largest employers in Mainfranken, is offering a permanent, full-time job opportunity for a Real Estate Agent (m/f/d). The deadline for applications is August 17, 2025.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including advising clients from the first meeting to the notary appointment for a property, designing marketing measures, preparing notary contracts and appointments, conducting market price assessments, and supporting internal staff with questions about real estate mediation.
In addition, the Real Estate Agent will be expected to actively participate in trade fairs and events around the topic of real estate, and to handle tasks such as notary contract preparation and organization of notary appointments.
To qualify for the role, candidates must have completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) with further training to become a real estate specialist (m/f/d) or real estate agent IHK (m/f/d) or comparable training (or willingness to continue training). Candidates must also possess comprehensive knowledge of real estate economics and legal frameworks, strong communication skills, negotiation talent, and the ability to work flexibly and independently.
