This move, according to Alex Judson, managing director of Partnerships and International at American Airlines, signifies a dedication to providing more options, convenience, and premium service across the Pacific.
Glenn Chai, Starlux's chief executive officer, views this expansion as fortifying the airline's North American network and offering greater flexibility to travelers. The agreement facilitates seamless booking, coordinated check-ins, and smoother transfers between the two airlines.
The partnership between Etihad and Starlux Airlines opens up new routes and connectivity, while Starlux's expanded codeshare with American Airlines strengthens its US network. These collaborations aim to enhance the travel experience for passengers, providing more choices and convenience.
