Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, correspondence, and communication management for the board members. You will also prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use. Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the board, as well as assisting with project management and follow-up on board decisions, will be part of your duties.

As a liaison between the board and other departments or external partners, you will handle confidential information with discretion. You will also support strategic initiatives and special assignments as needed.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role, you should have a completed commercial education or degree in business administration or a related field. Preferably, you have experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, preferably in banking or financial services.

Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, along with high proficiency in German and a good command of English. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are also required. Proficient use of common office software, such as MS Office, is expected. Reliability, discretion, and a professional demeanour are also key qualities for this position of trust.

The ideal candidate has completed an apprenticeship as a banker (m/f/d), preferably supplemented by the qualification as a business economist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
