Expansion of FisherBroyles' Naples office with the joining of seasoned lawyer Jamie Schwinghamer
Jamie Schwinghamer, a seasoned attorney with nearly two decades of experience in estate, trust, and guardianship litigation and administration, has joined FisherBroyles LLP as a partner in the Naples office.
Schwinghamer, who is admitted to practice in Florida, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to FisherBroyles. She has successfully handled complex matters such as will and trust contests, guardianship capacity and appointment litigations, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Her legal experience includes high-profile trust and estate disputes, and she represents a diverse client base, including individual and institutional trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries.
FisherBroyles, the first and one of the world's largest distributed law firm partnerships, is known for its efficient and cost-effective Law Firm 2.0® model. The firm operates without the traditional overhead costs of a traditional law firm, leveraging talent and technology without sacrificing BigLaw quality.
Schwinghamer's arrival is part of FisherBroyles' strategy to expand its trust and estates practice in the Naples market. FisherBroyles' founders, James Fisher II and Kevin Broyles, established the firm in 2002 with a vision to offer high-quality legal services in a more efficient and cost-effective manner.
In addition to her expertise in trust and estate matters, Schwinghamer also has knowledge in commercial litigation, including business contracts, shareholder and partnership disputes, and real estate conflicts. She is an accomplished author, with numerous articles published in respected legal magazines and journals.
Schwinghamer earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006, following her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Social Science from Florida Gulf Coast University. Before joining FisherBroyles, she practiced with firms including Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A., Hahn Loeser & Parks, LLP, and Roetzel & Andress, LPA.
Schwinghamer values professionalism and client-centered service. She is a recognised thought leader and frequent speaker on guardianship, trust, and estate topics. She is also the current President of the Collier County Bar Association.
Schwinghamer expressed her excitement about collaborating with the team at FisherBroyles, stating, "I am thrilled to join FisherBroyles and contribute to its exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality legal services in a client-focused and efficient manner."
With Schwinghamer's addition, FisherBroyles continues to strengthen its position as a leading law firm in the Naples market and beyond.
