Stadtsparkasse Wuppertal, one of the fifty largest Sparkassen in Germany, is seeking a Product and Customer Communication Specialist (m/f/d) to join their Corporate Communications and Sales Management department.
The role involves developing and managing communication strategies related to the bank's products and services. Candidates are expected to create clear, customer-oriented content and messaging across multiple channels, coordinate between product teams and marketing/communication departments, and support customer engagement while ensuring consistent messaging. The position may also require addressing both internal and external stakeholders.
