Mahesh's organic flower cultivation model has inspired seven neighbouring farmers to venture into organic flower farming. His success story is a testament to the potential of sustainable farming practices.

The heart of Mahesh's strategy lies in organic flower cultivation. By transforming his family's traditional farm into a thriving organic flower business, he has significantly reduced input costs while meeting the rising consumer demand for organic flowers.

Rose petal drying is another key strategy that adds value to his business. While specific technical details are not publicly available, successful rose petal drying typically involves careful harvesting, controlled drying environments to retain fragrance and colour, and possibly organic processing methods. Mahesh's unique desi gulab (rose) is grown on 10 acres of his property and is dried for use in herbal teas and wellness products exported to countries like America and Canada. His marigold flowers are processed into dried petals and sold in London and other European nations.

Water conservation is a priority for Mahesh, who uses drip irrigation systems in certain sections of his farm. He encourages fellow farmers to adopt sustainable organic farming practices for a greener and more profitable future.
