FG Communities Surges to 75th Spot in US, Eyes Top 50 by 2026

FG Communities, a real estate holding company co-founded by Joe Moglia, Kyle Cerminara, and Michael Anise, has seen remarkable growth since its inception in 2022. Starting with a few manufactured homes communities, the company now boasts over 2,500 homesites either owned or pending acquisition, making it the 75th largest manufactured housing community owner in the US.

The company's expansion has been fuelled by strategic acquisitions across various US states. Recent purchases include manufactured housing communities in Greenville, SC and Myrtle Beach, SC, adding to its existing portfolio of 60 properties. FG Communities now operates in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Michael Anise, CEO of FG Communities, is optimistic about the company's future. He expects the company to climb higher on the list of largest manufactured housing community owners by the end of 2026. Anise also hints at several additional acquisition announcements in the coming months, indicating that FG Communities' growth trajectory is far from over.
