In this role, you will be responsible for advising customers competently and solution-oriented on all questions about existing mortgage loans. You will prepare the corresponding credit decisions and accompany the implementation until completion. Your commitment will actively contribute to Sparkasse Bodensee's strong brand continuing to grow in the mortgage lending area.
Ideally, you have further training as a bank business administrator (SBW) or a comparable qualification, and experience in mortgage lending or credit processing. Basic knowledge of the relevant legal framework is an advantage, as is knowledge of the regional real estate market. Strong communication skills and customer orientation are essential for this position.
