Meiller Unveils Innovative Lineup at IAA Hannover

At this year's IAA Hannover exhibition, Meiller, a renowned manufacturer of heavy-duty tipper semi-trailers and roll-off tippers, is showcasing an array of new products designed to meet the increasing demand for multi-talented vehicles.

The Tectris AK14 skip loader, designed for two-axle chassis of all drive types with a nominal load of 14 tons, is one of the new features at Meiller's booth. The skip loader has been improved through targeted revision, with a reinforced loading bridge construction making it more efficient. The Tectris AK14 also comes with the i.s.a.r. Control 3 remote control, which simplifies the work process through sequence control.

Another exciting new product is the Tectrum RS21.70 roll-off tipper. This vehicle is designed for use in cities and residential areas, with low-friction tub supports made of high-strength plastic and a purely electrically driven chassis. The Tectrum RS21.70 is characterized by a closed frame profile with low tare weight and a promise of a long service life. Meiller's new hydraulic system ensures fast and safe tipping and lowering, particularly on short routes with frequent tipping operations.

Meiller's booth also features the new Grandload tipper semi-trailer. This weight-optimized yet robust vehicle impresses on the road and in difficult terrain. The new name emphasizes its maximum load capacity and reliability.

In addition, Meiller will present its patented crane mounting concept at Hannover. This innovative design features cranes that are completely bolted and mounted without welding, offering efficiency advantages and improved surface quality.

The Trigenius three-way tipper series will also be on display, with various sizes available for different uses.

Finally, a new equipment highlight is the chain flap, which offers a mechanically operated trough closure for the tipper. This alternative to existing rear wall designs combines the advantages of the freely swinging rear wall and hydraulic solution.

For those interested in Meiller's heavy-duty rear tippers, the Maxtreme H436 and P450 models will be on display. These robust vehicles are designed for high loads and extreme transport volumes, with a capacity of up to 28 cubic meters and 50 tons of material.

The Tectrum RS21.70 roll-off tipper, along with the suitable Tectrum trailer, is on display at Stand A01/Q74/R76.
