High-Profile Corruption Trial Begins in Moscow

A high-profile corruption case involving Andrei Zhezhuk, former head of the scientific and technical committee of the Main Rocket and Artillery Directorate (GRADU), and his deputy Sergei Zakharov is set to unfold in Moscow. The investigation into their alleged acceptance of a substantial bribe, as per Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code, has been ongoing for over a year. The trial, expected to be held behind closed doors at the Moscow Garrison Military Court, will commence at 14:00 (military time).
