In Yekaterinburg, a new "source of life" is being built. We'll tell you how to buy an apartment there.

Situated in the southern part of Leninsky District, Yekaterinburg's "Uralskiy Sad" housing complex, developed by the federal developer "Strana Development," recently announced the launch of sales for its latest addition, the "Parkovyi" quarter. Offering a range of stylish apartments that cater to various lifestyles, the new neighborhood promises a harmonious blend of contemporary living and urban tranquility.

The Residential Development: "Uralskiy Sad" and "Parkovyi"

The "Parkovyi" quarter is an integral part of the "Uralskiy Sad" complex, a 17-building residential development featuring structures from seven to 30 stories high. Residents will enjoy a private, round-the-clock monitored territory, multiple-level parking, commercial spaces on the ground floors, a verdant pedestrian boulevard serving as the neighborhood's focal point, three kindergartens, two schools, and various apartment designs catering to diverse living scenarios. Future residents can also avail themselves of five interior design options and the possibility of incorporating a renovation plan into their mortgage.

"Parkovyi" was named to emphasize the eco-friendly potential of Yekaterinburg, forever enshrined among Russia's top three greenest cities. The area offers not only walking paths and parks but also expansive natural scenery and national parks. Prospective residents can look forward to experiencing unique landscapes, diverse seasonal greenery, ample sunlight in courtyards, and pleasant color and textural tones.

A Closer Look at "Parkovyi"

"Parkovyi" consists of eight sections, each featuring quaint, individually designed lobbies that harmonize with the surrounding courtyard spaces. Amenities within the waiting areas include mirrors, plants, abstract artwork, and comfortable sofas, intended for use while awaiting deliveries or taxis.

The development includes 999 apartments ranging in size from 22.73 square meters to 92.22 square meters, with some featuring balconies, covered balconies, or private terraces. Additionally, there are master bedrooms with walk-in closets and individual bathrooms. The complex features a seven-story parking garage capable of accommodating 499 vehicles, with vehicles always under protection and constant surveillance. Secure storage spaces for seasonal items are also available. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.

Location and Infrastructure

The Patrushiha Valley, where the "Parkovyi" quarter is located, offers more than just serene living; it boasts a rich history and enormous recreational-tourism potential. The area is currently undergoing a transformation, adapting to the needs of newer generations and growing modern infrastructure. Amenities such as kindergartens, schools, and shops are sprouting up, while transport links are being improved to reach key city locations. For instance, the journey to the train station takes just 25 minutes by car, and the airport is equally accessible.

Internal Infrastructure

Pedestrian walkways within the complex connect the buildings, forming an integrated ecological system. Noisy play areas and a large sports cluster with a mini-football pitch, table tennis tables, and workout stations are situated outdoors. Tranquil courtyards, meanwhile, offer quiet spaces for relaxation, with children's play areas, workout zones, and areas for relaxing with hammocks planned.

Landscape architects have cleverly combined plants from different climate zones to create a year-round palette of colors in the courtyards. Additionally, to establish a natural buffer on public spaces, the developer plans to plant birch, apple, cherry, elm, maple, and pine trees, as well as other species such as gooseberry, spirea, and juniper.

Potential buyers can explore the available units at the developer's website.
