Civil Bank Limited, a Class "A" Commercial Bank of Nepal, has announced career opportunities for several positions in upcoming Branches across the country. The positions include Branch Manager, Operation In-Charge, and Assistant Relationship Officer/Relationship Officer.
For those seeking Officer Level positions, a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university/college is required. Preference will be given to graduates from the management stream. Applicants for Assistant Level positions need an Intermediate degree. All applicants must be presently working at the same level or one level below the position they are applying for.
The age requirements vary for different positions. Applicants for Officer Level positions must be between 22 to 40 years old for males and 45 years old for females, while those for Assistant Level positions must be between 19 to 30 years old for males and 35 years old for females.
The Branch Manager position, at Officer Level (01/02), requires at least 3 years of banking experience in Credit Sales and Operations. Candidates for this position should be familiar with the overall credit sales and operational functions of the bank and have the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
The positions of Assistant Relationship Officer/Relationship Officer require at least 2 years of banking experience. These positions require excellent interpersonal skills, high professional standards, and integrity.
The Operation In-Charge position is available at Officer Level (01) and Assistant Level (S3/S4). Candidates for Officer Level need at least 3 years of banking experience, while those for Assistant Level require 2 years. Experience in Cash/Remittance/Customer Service is necessary for this position.
