Jump-House Expands with Bispinger Adventure Land Takeover
Jump-House, Europe's leading trampoline park operator, has expanded its reach by acquiring the Bispinger Adventure Land. The takeover, completed in October 2024, sees Jump-House, part of the Rush group, add another location to its growing portfolio of over 70 parks across Europe.
The Bispinger Adventure Land, initially owned by Florian and Nicole Groffmann and Steffen and Viola Brunckhorst, opened its doors on September 1, 2019. Located in an industrial area near the highway, it has attracted other attractions and gastronomic offerings, including the Battlekart racing track. Jump-House, founded in 2014 by Hamburg entrepreneurs and winner of the Hamburg Founder Award in 2016, has established itself as a popular meeting point for children's birthday parties, hosting over 10,000 parties in 2024 alone.
The acquisition by Jump-House saw all employees, including mini-jobbers, taken over. The previous owners, Brunckhorst and Groffmann, continue to work as consultants for the company. The investment firm behind Parc Invest AS and Jump-House is unknown, as no information was found about the name of the main shareholder, the Equip Capital fund.
With the takeover of the Bispinger Adventure Land and another home in Bremen, Jump-House continues its growth as the market leader in Europe. The company, now part of the Rush group based in Oslo, Norway, shows no signs of slowing down, providing exciting entertainment options for children and families across the continent.
