Katharina Krüger Named Full-Time Managing Director of Green Economy Dialogue

Katharina Krüger has been appointed as the new full-time managing director of the Green Economy Dialogue (GWD). She took over from Roland Schüren and will report directly to chairman Thomas Gambke.

Krüger, 43, has been instrumental in the GWD's establishment and growth. She joined the management in 2021 and has held a leading position for nearly three years. Her predecessor, Schüren, stepped down, but no further details about his departure are available. Krüger will now oversee the GWD headquarters and work closely with the chairman.

Katharina Krüger's appointment as the full-time managing director of the GWD took effect on October 1. Her extensive experience and contributions to the GWD make her a strong choice for this role. She will now lead the organisation under the guidance of chairman Thomas Gambke.
