Khabarovsk Krai Earmarks 415 Million Rubles for Social Contracts in 2025

In Khabarovsk Krai, a significant sum of almost 415 million rubles has been earmarked for implementing social contracts in 2025. This initiative, part of the national project 'Family', aims to support residents in various aspects of life, from starting entrepreneurial ventures to overcoming personal challenges.

Over 4300 individuals have participated in the state program this year. Among them, 612 citizens received assistance to start their own entrepreneurial journey, 550 found jobs, 193 overcame difficult life situations, and 231 created and maintained personal subsidiary farms. These social contracts, lasting between 6 to 12 months depending on the activity, are available to families and single individuals with an average per capita income below the regional subsistence minimum (21,634 rubles in 2025).

Candidates must pass an entrepreneurial skills test before signing a contract. Notably, 47 of these contracts were signed with participants of a special military operation. Applicants can submit their requests through the 'Gosuslugi' portal, multifunctional centers, or personally to the social support center. Since the beginning of 2025, 1568 social contracts have been concluded in the Khabarovsk Krai.

The social contract initiative in Khabarovsk Krai has shown promising results, with over 1500 contracts signed since the start of 2025. The program, which supports various entrepreneurial and personal development activities, is expected to continue benefiting residents with financial needs, including those involved in the special military operation.
