In a significant move, Hubergroup, a leading international printing inks and chemicals specialist headquartered in Germany, has been acquired for $310 million by Avenue Capital Group and MAVCO Investments. The deal, which sees the consortium acquire all shares from the current owner, Cornelius Treuhand Holding, is set to accelerate Hubergroup's growth in key international markets.
