The company is on a mission to increase awareness of its Startups Program and create a company where people can do their best work.

At the heart of this mission are four commitments: Solve for the Customer, Be Bold, Learn Fast, Align, Adapt & Go!, and Deliver with HEART. These values guide HubSpot's approach to business and are reflected in the role of the Business Development Manager (BDM) Manager for HubSpot for Startups.

In addition to driving growth, the BDM Manager will also oversee partnerships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and ecosystem players to expand the reach of the Startups Program. The role also involves leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of BDMs to achieve growth and impact goals.
