Sparkasse Hochschwarzwald, a strong and reliable financial institution with a balance sheet total of 1.4 billion euros, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Head of the Board's Office.

The position, located at the second leadership level, reports directly to the Chairman of the Board and involves coordinating and supporting the board of directors and senior management. The successful candidate will manage communication and documentation related to board meetings, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will oversee projects and strategic initiatives originating from the board, liaise between the board, executive management, and external stakeholders, and possibly manage personnel and administrative functions within the board office.

Ideal candidates will have several years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in leadership support or corporate governance roles. A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications like an MBA may be preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with knowledge of banking regulations and corporate governance.
