MegaFon Names Natalia Nekrasova as New Head of Yakutia Operations
MegaFon has appointed Natalia Nekrasova as the new head of its Yakutia operations. She brings extensive experience in the telecommunications industry and aims to enhance the region's infrastructure and customer service.
Nekrasova, who holds a degree in Commerce from the International Institute of Economics and Linguistics of Irkutsk State University, has spent 17 years in management roles within the telecom sector. She joined MegaFon in 2016 as the head of mass market sales.
In her new role, Nekrasova succeeds Maria Mamadova, who moved to a director position in the Voronezh region. Nekrasova began her tenure as head of MegaFon in Yakutia in 2020, with a clear focus on improving digital infrastructure and expanding the subscriber base. Her goals include becoming the most responsive and customer-oriented operator in the region by implementing innovative solutions for corporate clients, developing the retail network, and promoting digital products.
Natalia Nekrasova, with her wealth of experience and educational background, is set to drive MegaFon's Yakutia operations forward. Her appointment signals the company's commitment to enhancing telecommunications infrastructure and customer service in the region.
