Erlich, who spent almost six years at Spotify, first as vp and head of music strategy, then as global head of music, has assembled a strong team for Alta Music Group. The key figures include:

- Nima Khalilian, General Manager, who previously worked with Stem and Interscope Records, and is known for her expertise in marketing and artist strategy.

Alta Music Group operates as a full-service music company, covering recorded music, publishing, and artist management. They have partnered with The Orchard for distribution and label services, and with THEBLACKLABEL for co-development and promotion.
Their first management signing is Jennie, a member of the globally successful K-pop group Blackpink. Jennie recently released her debut solo album, "Ruby." Alta Music Group's partnership for the management of Jennie is with OddAtelier.
