NCR Atleos Corporation Announces Results for the Second Quarter of 2025

NCR Atleos Corporation, a leading provider of self-service banking technology, has announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2025. The company reported a revenue of $1.10 billion, with approximately 70% coming from recurring revenue streams.

The company's GAAP net income for the quarter was $45 million, and adjusted EBITDA reached $205 million. GAAP diluted earnings per share (EPS) grew 46% year-over-year to $0.60, while non-GAAP diluted EPS increased 9% year-over-year to $0.93.

The results met or exceeded the high-end of prior guidance, reflecting strong performance supported by ATM outsourcing service initiatives and robust hardware demand. Gross profit increased 1% year-over-year to $253 million on a GAAP basis, and adjusted gross profit (non-GAAP) was flat year-over-year at $275 million. However, adjusted gross margin (non-GAAP) decreased 50 basis points year-over-year to 24.9%.

Tim Oliver, President and Chief Executive Officer of NCR Atleos, expressed confidence in the company's strategy to generate more service revenue from every machine across its leading global installed base. He stated, "We are focused on growing our ATM outsourcing services and increasing service revenue from our global installed base of self-service banking technology."

Regarding capital management, NCR Atleos announced a $200 million share repurchase authorization, representing about 10% of its current market capitalization. This move highlights the company's commitment to returning value to shareholders.

In terms of cash flow, net cash used by operating activities was $23 million. The company did not provide details about its cash reserves or other financial metrics.

Overall, NCR Atleos reaffirmed its growth outlook and full-year 2025 guidance, projecting continued momentum driven by strategic efforts in service revenue expansion and technology demand. The company aims to maintain its focus on growing ATM outsourcing services and increasing service revenue from its global installed base of self-service banking technology.
