Bulchandani is set to replace Andy Main, who's stepping down from his post as global CEO but will stick around as a senior advisor until the end of the year.

Bulchandani's responsibilities now span far and wide, with her overseeing the company's entire global operations—from its advertising and public relations powerhouses to its experience, consulting, and health units. She'll be working across Ogilvy's 131 offices in 93 countries to ensure the network remains at the forefront of the creative industries. And that's not all—she'll also join WPP's executive committee.

A Look at the Top Brass

You might remember Andy Main, who took the reins from John Seifert in June 2020. During his tenure, Main restructured Ogilvy's services into five core business units: Advertising, Experience, Public Relations, Health, and Consulting. However, Main's role as CEO was brief, as he was replaced by Bulchandani in September 2022.

Joining Bulchandani in the corner office is Kent Wertime, the Global CEO of Ogilvy One, a division focused on customer experience and relationship services. While not a global CEO for all of Ogilvy, Wertime plays a pivotal role in managing Ogilvy One's business units, including customer acquisition, service design, continuous commerce, and CRM & loyalty services. He also co-leads Ogilvy's Asia-Pacific operations.
