Paulaner Exits Team Beverage, FBS Takes Over

Paulaner Group has sold its 10% stake in Team Beverage AG, effective June 20, 2025. The brewer focused on its own network's capital investments and core business for the decision. F&B - Food and Beverage Services GmbH (FBS) has become the sole shareholder of Team Beverage AG.

Sebastian Strobl, CFO of Paulaner Brewery Group, has stepped down from the supervisory board of Team Beverage. Manfred Hofer, CEO of Transgourmet Germany, has joined the board, replacing Strobl. The future supervisory board will consist of Holger Penndorf, Oliver Nordmann, Guido Mockel, and Manfred Hofer. Despite the change in shareholding, Paulaner will continue as a strong system partner in the Team Beverage network.

Holger Penndorf, managing director of FBS, the new sole shareholder, has been appointed as the chairman of the supervisory board of Team Beverage AG. Manfred Hofer joins the board as a member, taking Strobl's place, but Penndorf holds the chairmanship.

Paulaner's divestment from Team Beverage AG has led to changes in the supervisory board. FBS, now the sole shareholder, has taken a leading role. Despite the shift, Paulaner remains committed to its partnership with Team Beverage.
