In the bustling city of Yekaterinburg, a unique business association stands out from the crowd. The "Breakthrough" Entrepreneurs' Club, a non-profit organisation, is specifically designed to support production companies, offering a targeted environment for growth and problem-solving tailored to the manufacturing and production sectors.

The club, funded by the city's budget and operational since 2020, has become a hub for entrepreneurs from various production-oriented businesses. It provides a platform where these individuals can share their challenges and solutions, fostering a collaborative culture among peers.

One of the key advantages of the "Breakthrough" club is its focus on providing resources and expert advice that tackle operational, technological, and market-related issues specific to production. This targeted approach sets it apart from more general business associations in Yekaterinburg.

The club encourages experimentation with innovative approaches to increase efficiency and competitiveness. It facilitates direct connections with industry experts and potential partners, aiming to accelerate growth and overcome systemic hurdles found in manufacturing businesses.

Each new accelerator cohort includes a focus on topics relevant to the needs of manufacturers, such as technologies, artificial intelligence in production, personnel, and lean production. The average annual growth rate of enterprises in the club is a impressive 49.8%, significantly higher than the nationwide average of 17-18%.

Communication among members is a cornerstone of the club's success. Members communicate using a special production language, and the chat can have up to 200 messages a day when someone encounters a production problem. The club also organises specialized events for members, facilitating visits to each other's facilities and experience-sharing.

Staffing remains a serious issue for the club's members, with many workers leaving for large defence plants and a shortage of migrants. To address this, the club has its own HR agency that specialises in qualified working personnel, particularly in less profitable blue-collar professions.

In an effort to address the issue of facility availability, the club is planning to create four technoparks around the perimeter of Yekaterinburg. These technoparks will be located strategically, considering the importance of location for ease of commute, such as if a producer lives in the Academic area, it's preferable to be able to quickly reach the workplace and not waste time traveling across the city to a hypothetical Elmash.

The club places emphasis on the quality of development of each club member, aiming to have around a thousand members in a couple of years. Competitors within the club often transform into partners over time, as shown by examples of cooperative agreements made during social events. The "Breakthrough" entrepreneurs' club is unique in Yekaterinburg as it is composed solely of production company owners and managers, excluding service providers and salespeople.

The club holds about 150 events a year, mostly business-related, including round tables, networking, excursions, and training sessions. The "Power of Breakthrough" production accelerator, as it is officially known, has produced over 600 graduates who have shown growth, with some doubling, tripling, or quadrupling their revenue.

In conclusion, the "Breakthrough" Entrepreneurs' Club in Yekaterinburg offers a unique and targeted support network for production companies. Its focus on production companies’ needs and fostering a collaborative culture among entrepreneurial peers differentiates it from other, more general business associations in Yekaterinburg. The club’s tailored approach to problem-solving and growth support directly impacts its members' business development and market success.

The "Breakthrough" Entrepreneurs' Club, unique among Yekaterinburg's business associations, caters specifically to production companies, offering resources and expert advice that tackle industry-specific challenges. It has become a hub for finance and business growth in the manufacturing sector, with an annual growth rate significantly higher than the national average.

The club's focus extends to personnel matters, with its own HR agency specializing in qualified working personnel, particularly in less profitable blue-collar professions. This comprehensive approach to business support underscores the club's commitment to the success of manufacturing companies within the city.
