The Ministry of Transportation of Yakutia has announced the imminent commencement of operations for the "V. Rukavishnikov" steamship on the Yakutsk-Lower Bestyakh ferry route across the Lena River. Adult passengers will be charged 500 rubles, while children aged between 5 and 12 will pay 250 rubles. Children under 5 years old can travel for free.

Commencing from May 28, the transportation will be facilitated by LLC "Lena-Trans". Ferries are scheduled to depart from Yakutsk at 09:00, 14:00, and 18:30, with pick-up locations at the river port on the 3rd pier. The departure times from Lower Bestyakh include 16:00 and 20:00, with passengers congregating at the AO AK "Yakutia Railways" waiting hall. Due to potential train delays, the 11:00 departure time might be modified.
