Siemens Appoints Christiane Ribeiro Guimarães Höfer as Global Head of Communications

Christiane Ribeiro Guimarães Höfer has been appointed as the Global Head of Communications at Siemens, effective March 1st. She will be reporting directly to Siemens CEO Roland Busch, taking over from Lynette Jackson who previously held the position.

Ribeiro's tenure at Siemens spans over two decades, having joined the company in 2001 with Siemens Brazil. Throughout her career with Siemens, she has held multiple senior communications positions, demonstrating her commitment and expertise in the field.

In her most recent role, Ribeiro served as the Global Head of CEO Communications, Strategic Messaging, and Thought Leadership from 2021 to 2025. Prior to this, she was the Communications Business Partner to CTO Roland Busch, Head of Innovation Communications from 2017 to 2020, and Head of Innovation Communications from 2017 to 2021.

Ribeiro has also held the role of Head of Communications and Government Relations for Siemens Australia and New Zealand. During this time, she was a communications partner for Roland Busch when he was CTO and Deputy CEO.

Throughout her career, Ribeiro has held leadership roles in various countries within Siemens, including Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand. Her extensive experience and deep understanding of Siemens' operations make her an ideal candidate for the Global Head of Communications position.

Lynette Jackson, who was previously the Global Head of Communications at Siemens, will be succeeded by Ribeiro. Jackson's previous role was succeeded by Ribeiro when she became the Global Head of CEO Communications, Strategic Messaging, and Thought Leadership.

With Ribeiro's appointment, she will oversee global Siemens communications, ensuring consistent and effective communication strategies across all regions.
