Romanian automobile components distribution conglomerate AD Auto Total acquires Bulgarian counterpart

Founded in 2002, Auto Hit operates a central warehouse in Ruse and 28 branches in key Bulgarian cities, such as Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas.
The acquisition will see AD Auto Total supplying auto parts, consumables, accessories, and equipment to Auto Hit, which will distribute them throughout Bulgaria via wholesale and retail networks.
This strategic move is bound to strengthen both companies' positions in the regional auto parts market, offering improved inventory, competitive pricing, and enhanced distribution networks to Auto Hit customers while leveraging local knowledge and regional supply chain strengths for the combined entity. By 2028, the merged companies are expected to dominate the Bulgarian auto parts market.
