Shareholders to Finally Get Keys in November for Long-Delayed Khabarovsk Complex
Shareholders of a long-delayed residential complex in Khabarovsk have finally received good news. After over a decade of waiting, they will be able to collect their keys in November. The house on Saltykov-Shchedrin Street, which began construction in 2014, has been granted permission to commence operations. This follows the removal of the Leningradskiy residential complex from the atlas of problematic objects by Governor Mikhail Degtyarev. The initial developer, LLC Dialog, faced bankruptcy, leading to significant delays. However, the project has now been revived, and the 384 affected shareholders can look forward to finally moving into their new apartments. The completion of this project marks a significant milestone for the shareholders who have waited patiently for over a decade. The regional government's intervention has ensured that the complex management project is finally brought to a successful conclusion.
