Hey there! Here's the lowdown on some repairs happening on Abylai Khan Avenue in Astana, Kazakhstan. So, if you're planning a trip or just going about your regular routine, make sure to factor in some detours!

Starting on May 3, you'll see roadwork taking place between Manas Street and B. Momyshuly Avenue. This stretch of the road will partially restrict traffic until May 9. Your vehicles will be moved to one side of the road at a time to keep things moving as smoothly as possible, but still expect some delays. So, plan ahead and be prepared to adjust your route!

Now, if you've been keeping up with the city's infrastructure improvements, you might recall that traffic was previously restricted on the left bank of Astana due to the construction of the Light Rail Transit (LRT). From April 20 to September 25, right-turn traffic from Syganak Street onto Mangilik Yel Avenue (towards Dostyk Street) for vehicles coming from the Arys Bridge has been fully restricted. And get this, over 60 streets, amounting to approximately 72 kilometers in total, are set to be fixed in the capital by 2025! To name just a few, they include Zhanakonas Street, Kartaaly Street, Alash Highway, and Abylai Khan Avenue.

Not only that, but new road sections are also in the works: Kaysenov Street, Bukhar Zhyrau Street, and Kuishe Dina Street! And if you've been passing through Korghalzhyn Highway, take note - a section of it will be closed for three weeks starting from April 24 until May 15.
