Terra Balcanica Appoints Rodney Stevens as Business Development Officer

Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. (CSE:TERA) has appointed Rodney Stevens as its Business Development Officer. Stevens brings a wealth of experience in the capital markets and a strong track record in the precious metal commodity space.

Stevens, a CFA Charterholder with over a decade of experience, was previously an investment analyst with Salman Partners Inc. In 2007, he was recognized as the top-rated analyst for the metals and mining industry by StarMine. Before joining Terra Balcanica, Stevens worked as a business development officer for GP Strategies Corporation in 2021.

Terra Balcanica, a polymetallic exploration company targeting large-scale mineral systems in the Balkans, welcomes Stevens. The company's CEO, Dr. Aleksandar Mišković, highlighted Stevens' knowledge of the North American precious metal commodity space and silver-focused mineral exploration industry. Stevens has also worked as a merchant and investment banker, assisting in financings, mergers, and acquisitions worth over C$1 billion in transactional value.

In his new role, Stevens will receive options and other compensation, the specifics of which will be determined by the Board of Directors at a future date. Terra Balcanica, with a 90% interest in the Viogor-Zanik Project and 100% ownership of the Kaludra and Ceovishte mineral exploration licences, emphasizes responsible engagement with local communities and stakeholders. The company is committed to implementing Good International Industry Practice (GIIP) and sustainable health, safety, and environmental management.
