Toledo's Magical Christmas Lights Set for November 28

Toledo is gearing up for the festive season as preparations for the artistic Christmas lights have begun. The City Council has awarded a contract worth over 650,000 euros to Elsamex Gestión de Infraestructuras S.L. for this year's illuminations, with the scheduled lighting date set for November 28, 2025.

The installation process is underway, with wiring and supports being put in place at strategic locations around the city. Notable sites include Puerta del Sol and Calle de las Armas. Prilux, a Toledo-based company, is assisting with the installation, although there's no specific information about a local firm involved in the design.

The city's Christmas lights have become a popular tourist attraction, drawing visitors who want to capture the magical atmosphere on social media. This year, the iconic Alcántara bridge has been decorated with festive lights, adding to the enchanting display.
