To participate, Tomskenergosbyt clients must follow these simple steps:
- Pay their July 2025 electricity bill.
- Fill out the online form available on the company's website under the "Physical Persons/Actions" section.
- Wait for the call from the hosts of Radio Siberia Tomsk, during which they will be asked to say the required phrase: "I always pay my bills."
Prizes for the first stage winners will be credited from August 11 to September 12, 2025. The winner will receive a cash prize equal to the amount of their July 2025 electricity bill, which will be credited to their active bank card account.
