Traffic and Transportation Disruptions in Khabarovsk on June 1st Due to Music Festival Parade

Motorists and public transportation users in downtown Khabarovsk should anticipate disruptions on June 1st, as the city hosts the military orchestra parade, part of the international music festival "Amur Waves". According to the "Khabarovsk Krai Today" news agency, certain sections will be off-limits, including parts of Muravyev-Amursky Street and major city thoroughfares from 14:00 to 17:45.

Adjustments for public transportation can also be expected. Trams No. 1 and No. 2 will only run along finite routes during the parade, and bus passengers should anticipate changes in various routes. Specifically, some routes will be suspended entirely.

For instance, buses on Route No. 1 "L" will travel from Lenin Street, making stops along several streets before reaching the railway station, with a designated stop organized at the western portion of the station, opposite the car parking lot. Buses on Route No. 1 "S" will travel from Komsomolskaya Street and follow a similar path, with the designated stop also established at the western part of the station, near the parking lot for cars.

Additionally, Routes No. 8, 8-1, 17-1, and 49 will run from Kalinin Street, meander along various streets, and then return to Kalinin Street, adhering to their established routes. Route No. 10 will traverse from Volochayevskaya Street, make its way through the railway station, and continue along the established route.

Routes No 14-1, 21, 21-1, 82-1, 82-2, and 82-3 will travel towards the city center from Karl Marx Street and then proceed along the established routes. In the opposite direction, they will adhere to their usual routes.

Similarly, Route No 19 will depart from Karl Marx Street, following Sinelnikova Street, Kim Yu Chen Street, Moscow Street, and returning to Karl Marx Street, abiding by its customary route. Route No 23 will commence from Komsomolskaya Street, weave along the Amur Boulevard, and then proceed along the established route.

Route No 29, divided into "K" and "P" variants, will travel from Lenin Street to Leningradskaya Street, Serysheva Street, Karl Marx Street, and continue along the established route. Route No 34 will traverse from the railway station to Lenin Street, Kalinin Street, and then follow its usual path.

Route No 56-1 will move from Moscow Street to Karl Marx Street, the overpass interchange, Leningradskaya Street, and continue along its established route. Route No 58-1 will travel from Karl Marx Street to Lev Tolstoy Street, along the Amur Boulevard, to Volochayevskaya Street, and then proceed along its usual route.

Routes No 61 "K" and 61 "S" will depart from the railway station, make their way along Serysheva Street, Komsomolskaya Street, the Amur Boulevard, Zaparina Street, Serysheva Street, Leningradskaya Street, and return to the railway station. Route No 71-1, 71-2 will move northbound from Zaparina Street along Lenin Street, then onto Leningradskaya Street (via the railway station) to Voronezhskaya Street, and continue along the established routes. Southbound travel, on the other hand, will follow the reverse path.

While specific information concerning traffic and public transportation changes in Khabarovsk on June 1, 2025, due to a military orchestra parade or similar events is scant, residents and visitors are encouraged to monitor local news and city communications for updates closer to the event.

Finance and transportation sectors in Khabarovsk may face disruptions due to the increased demand for private vehicles, as public transportation adjustments could lead to delays and altered schedules on June 1st. The music festival parade, part of the international festival "Amur Waves", is anticipated to cause major disruptions in traffic, especially on Muravyev-Amursky Street and city thoroughfares between 14:00 and 17:45.

Due to the disruptions in public transportation, finance might be affected as businesses and establishments in the downtown area may experience reduced foot traffic and potential losses during the parade on June 1st.
