Sverdlovsk Regional Fund Supports Sportswear Designer Mansen with "Priority" Loan
Ural athletic apparel company unveils forthcoming lines backed by funding from SOPFC
In a move to boost the local economy, the Sverdlovsk Regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (SRFES) has granted a "Priority" loan to Mansen, a sportswear designer brand. This loan, worth 5 million rubles, will help Mansen scale their business.
The "Priority" loan is a unique financial product designed to support small businesses in the Sverdlovsk Region. Applications for these loans can be submitted through the fund's website, and the review process takes place within a week after receiving the complete package of documents. Once approved, funds can be received the day after.
The loan terms extend from 3 to 36 months, and the interest rates for SOFPP loans are correlated with the key rate. As of September 16, 2025, the Bank of Russia's key rate is 17% per annum, and the current interest rates for the "Priority" loan start at 8.5% per annum.
Mansen produces and sells designer sportswear, manufacturing over 10,000 items per month. The demand for their products is driven by the current trend towards healthy lifestyles, regular workouts, and proper nutrition. Their target audience is active sportswomen.
The Director of the Sverdlovsk Regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Support, Valery Pilichev, expressed delight that the first recipient of the new loan is a company from the creative industries. He emphasized that the fund's offices are situated in most municipalities, enabling consultations and loan agreement signing without traveling to Yekaterinburg.
Previously, 17 social projects from the Sverdlovsk region became finalists of a large accelerator. Loan amounts for these projects range from 100,000 to 5,000,000 rubles. The fund's other loan products include "Start", "Development", and "Trust".
