Vietnamese Market Swaps Positions, Paving the Way

The Vietnam International E-Commerce Expo (VIEE) is set to return to Ha Noi from October 23 to 26, marking a significant event in the country's industrial, trade, and consumer goods landscape. This year's edition, held at the Viet Nam Exposition Centre (VEC), aims to accelerate commerce, foster technology transfer, and bolster exports, among other objectives.

Covering approximately 10,000 square metres, the event will feature 500 booths for both domestic and international businesses. The organizers, the KIT Group GmbH, have planned the fair as a platform to strengthen Vietnam's national brand abroad, raise brand visibility, and open new markets.

The VIEE is expected to support Vietnam's growth target of 8.3 to 8.5% this year. Beyond the immediate impact, the event is intended to pave the way for double-digit expansion in the 2026-30 period, encouraging deeper global integration and sustainable growth.

The event will not only attract capital and draw fresh investment but also aim to boost domestic consumption and bolster exports. Aside from showcasing the latest in e-commerce technology and solutions, the fair will also serve as a springboard for regional prominence and a platform to strengthen Vietnam's position in the global e-commerce market.

The VIEE is more than just a commercial event. It is a testament to Vietnam's commitment to fostering growth, encouraging technological advancement, and promoting sustainable development. This autumn edition of the VIEE promises to be an exciting and productive event for all involved in the e-commerce sector.
